Your own client portal
Follow every workout in a portal made for the gym floor. Each exercise comes with form notes and a demo video, and you log your sets, reps, and weight so your progress stays in front of you.
Regular check-ins
On a set schedule, you and your coach look at how training is going and fine-tune the plan to fit where you are now.
Attentive coaching
